The Care Quality Commission carried out their annual unannounced inspection on the 24th October 2013.
During their visit they inspected the following CQC Outcomes:
- Respecting and involving people who use services
- Care and welfare of people who use services
- Safeguarding people who use services from abuse
- Requirements relating to workers
- Assessing and monitoring the quality of the service provision
After inspecting these area the CQC would marks us by using the following three Judgements:
Met the Standard, Actions Needed or Enforcement Action Taken.
We are extremely proud to announce that we have met the standard in all Outcomes looked at.
